Do we need to use you for bookkeeping as well?
No. We can advise on books maintained by your own team or another provider. We will tell you honestly if the underlying data is not reliable enough to build a forecast on, because advice from bad numbers is worse than no advice.
How is this different from financial reporting?
Reporting tells you what happened. Advisory is about what to do next. The reporting pack is the input; the budget, forecast and decisions that follow are the advisory work.
Is this investment advice?
No. We are not investment advisers and we do not recommend financial products or securities. Our advisory work covers operational and financial management of your business.
